READ THIS! This is a complete review of the LEM #12 grinder. It's a great machine, plenty of power and capacity and I'm glad I chose it instead of one of the even bigger models with the guard on the meat pan! (The guard is sharp, hard to clean and gets in the way especially when trying to do a second pass on a fine plate!) The #8 grinder will be similar with slightly less power. #LEMbigbitegrinder
