If you’re about to take your figure skating journey a bit more serious, then it is only a matter of time until you come across the backward inside loop. While often referred to as a turn, the backward inside loop maintains the backward inside edge the entire time while creating a small circular pattern on the ice.

So how do you start learning a backward inside loop?
