Today, I made Lanzhou beef noodles, a recipe from one of my shorts I made a while ago. I got many requests to make a full video on how to make Lanzhoustyle beef noodles so here it is! It is definitely one of my favorite foods to eat for sure. It was tasty, and it did not disappoint!

I have to say, I don't think I can call this 'authentic' as I couldn't find some spices that they use in Lanzhou, I did not pull the noodles myself and the chilli oil was not made like how it is done in Lanzhou, but this is a pretty good mimic on the original and I hope you like it!
