On this occasion, Railways took initiative to give a chance for Women employees to prove their capabilities and given chance to control 16302 Thiruvananthapuram Shoranur Venad Express in between Ernakulam and Shoranur.
Railway employees and Passengers honoured the Women Crew.
Loco Pilots, Station Master, TTE, Guard, Mechanical Staffs were Women.
