Utah is known for 3 big things... skiing, national parks, and mormons. I decided to combine the first two by skiing the first and third highest peaks in the La Sal mountains, Mount Peale and Mount Tukuhnikivatz. Being a Wasatch snob, I was underwhelmed by the terrain and snowpack, but the scenery made up for it. It was very cool to ski above the deep red landscape of Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.
