Red pepper 50 g .
Yellow onion 50 g.
Garlic 5 g
.green onion ( end part ) 20 g
dry red pepper 5 g .
Fresh chili 20 g.
Egg 1
.The sauce .
Soy sauce 1TBSP.
Dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp
. Vinegar3/4 TBSP
sugar 1 TBSP
. Cooking wine1/2 shoot .
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
. White pepper powder1/4 tsp
. Chili oil1 TBSP
.msg or chicken base 1/2 Tsp
. Water 1/2 shoot
Peanuts 50 g.
. Put 2 Tsp corn starch and 1 TBSP water in a bowl
for the meat
2 TBSP soy sauce
