This is very fast recipe that is just as tasty as it is quick....
Vegetable oil, spring onions, white and green parts separated, thinly sliced,garlic cloves, finely chopped.Finely grated ginger
bunch baby broccoli, thinly sliced,soy sauce
sesame oil,brown sugar,cornflour,lean beef mince.Chilli sauce, to taste (optional)
Steamed rice, to serve.
Divide the rice and beef mixture among serving bowls. Sprinkle with green parts of the spring onion and sesame seeds to serve.
