Ingredients:

500g lean beef minced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 bunch spring onions, white & green parts separated, thinly sliced
1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
300g firm tofu,cubed Into 2 cm pieces
2 cups frozen sliced green beans

1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1/3 cup Oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp corn flour

Sliced spring onions &
Sliced chilli for toppings

Serve with steam rice
