Kimchijeon is about the ratio! Super simple secret to making crispy kimchijeon! [Gwiyeol's side dish shop]

[Kimchijeon Ingredients]
150g of Kimchi, 50g of squid, 40g of pancake powder, 40g of frying powder, 80g of water, 1T of red pepper, sesame oil, sugar, a little bit of minced garlic, 10ml of cooking oil

[Kimchijeon Recipe]
1) Cut the squid into bitesize pieces
2) Squeeze out the water from the kimchi and chop it finely.
3) Add 1T of red pepper in Kimchi and mix them.
(If the Kimchi has ripe too much, add a little bit of sugar, minced garlic and sesame oil.)
4) Put the seasoned Kimchi and squid in a bowl and add the pancake powder and the frying powder.
5) Add water and a little Kimchi soup then knead them together.
6) Spread cooking oil evenly in a frying pan and cook both sides of the dough
