The key point of Kimchijeon is Kimchi,
so don't feel too much pressure with the recipe.

The only thing you should focus on today's recipe is,
"The ratio of batter"

[BIG MAMA's Kimchijeon Recipe]

≪What You Need≫
1/2 head of Kimchi, flour (allpurpose flour), Korean pancake mix (you can replace with flour), glutinous rice flour, cooking oil, fried salt, pepper, shrimps, squid, egg, water

◈ How to Cook
① Put 2 tablespoons of flour into a bowl ♩
② Put 2 tablespoons of Korean pancake mix ♪
③ Put 1 teaspoon of fried salt ♩
④ Put 1 teaspoon of pepper ♪
⑤ Put 1 and 1/3 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour ♬
⑥ Make them into the batter by pouring water and Kimchi liquid ♩
⑦ Chop 1/2 head of Kimchi ♪
⑧ Chop shrimps as much as you want ♩
⑨ Chop squid as much as you want ♪
⑩ Add one egg into the batter and stir ♩
⑪ Heat up the pan and pour cooking oil ♪
⑫ At medium to high heat, pour the batter ♩
⑬ Flip and stamp the batter into Kimchijeon ♬
