Jordan Yeoh Fitness

Insane fat burning and muscle endurance workout. Due to the huge demand. Here presenting to you a Level 6 workout. Download My Training App here: https://bit.ly/trainwithjordanapp'>https://bit.ly/trainwithjordanapp

Warning: This workout routine is not for Beginner and Intermediate trainers. This routine is hardcore, and this session is never meant to be "fun" or that kinda "I felt great workout" routine. This routine was designed to push your mind and body to the limit or beyond, especially your VO2 Max. Good luck!

Three criteria of Level 6 standard:

1.) To experience Level 6 difficulty. In every round, you must achieve the rep goal with the given form (Full Push Ups, Jumps, and maintaining Jordan's tempo). If you achieve anything lower than the benchmark, this workout is not a Level 6 but lower.

2.) Before attempting Level 6, you must be able to complete all Level 5 workouts without feeling too much fatigue. With this, you can withstand the intensity of level 6 workouts.

3.) Before attempting Level 6, ensure you can complete all previous Levels 4/5 workouts by taking no longer than 23 minutes rest in between rounds.

Estimated calories burned in this session: 500600+ kcal
(your fitness tracker might show different results)
