Keto Gluten Free Sausage Balls!

Ingredients: (Makes 25 sausage balls!)
1 pound ground sausage hot or mild
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for rolling
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix them until they are well incorporated.
3. Scoop out into tbsp size balls and roll in the grated parmesan cheese.
4. Place on the prepared pan and bake 2530 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and place on paper towels to remove the excess grease. Enjoy!!!

These sausage balls are so good and moist! They do not dry out like other sausage balls. They may lose shape during the baking process but you can reform them when they come out of the oven, but be careful because they are hot! Thanks for watching!
