The Kawasaki KLR650 has been around since 1987. The Gen1 KLR650 lasted from 1987 to 2007, after which the Gen2 took over until 2018. There are many small differences between the Gen1 and Gen2 KLR650, but both can pretty much do the same things equally well. Here are 10 of the more important differences.
