The К91122 is a Soviet tier 9 premium medium tank.

Version of the K91 with a forward turret. The vehicle was developed at the Design Bureau of the Ground Forces Engineering Committee under the leadership of A.F. Kravtsev from March to August 1949. The power plant was supposed to be a 12cylinder boxer supercharged diesel engine. The functions of supporting rollers were to be performed by brackets with skishaped supports. Work on the vehicle did not go beyond the preliminary design and was stopped in December 1949. Machine specifications are subject to change without compensation.
