The easiest way to get in some daily exercise and burn calories is to walk. You don't need anything other than some comfortable shoes. I do recommend that you start tracking your steps so you can set daily goals and have a way to determine if you're meeting your goals. You can use your phone, a Fitbit or a watch like the one I'm wearing in the video. Here is a link to it:
