Fried Milk | 우유 튀김

Today's menu is fried milk.
Outside is really crunchy while the inside is really soft and sweet.
I used 3 Tbsp of sugar, but you can choose to use up to 6 Tbsp depending on how sweet you want it to be
3 = Subtle sweetness.
Frying mix is basically a mix of different ingredients suitable for making frying batter when mixed with water.
If you don't have ‘frying mix’, use 4 Tbsp of Corn Starch, 4 Tbsp of All purpose flour and 0.5 tsp of salt. (Some garlic and onion powder is ideal but not a must)

Ingredients:
Milk: x500mL, Water: x100mL, Frying mIx: x8 Tbsp, Corn Starch: x5 Tbsp, Sugar: x3 Tbsp, Panko: x?, Vegetable Oil: x?
