Despite being the front runner and receiving 5 perfect scores in a row, in a shocking elimination, Juan Pablo and his partner Cheryl Burke were eliminated alongside Joe Amabile and his partner Jenna Johnson. Both couples were eliminated 8th and finished 5th place in the competition.
