कुछ दिन पहले दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के 'श्रीराम कॉलेज ऑफ कॉमर्स' के विद्यार्थियों ने अपने बिजनेस कॉन्क्लेव में आमंत्रित किया था। वहॉं की चर्चा इसी बिंदु पर केंद्रित रही कि पढ़ाई के बाद नौकरी करना बेहतर है या अपना कोई उद्यम शुरू किया जाए! इसी क्रम में यह भी बात हुई कि उद्यम ही शुरू किया जाए तो किस तरह का उद्यम अधिक उपयोगी और लाभकारी हो सकता है तथा सही निर्णय लेने के लिये किन बिंदुओं का ध्यान रखना चाहिये।


मुझे लगता है कि आपमें से ज़्यादातर लोगों के मन में भी यह दुविधा होती ही होगी, तो आज यही बातचीत आपसे साझा कर रहा हूँ। उम्मीद है कि इससे आपको अपने पेशेवर जीवन के लिये कुछ उपयोगी सूत्र मिल सकेंगे।

A few days ago, the students of Delhi University's 'Shri Ram College of Commerce' had invited me to their Business Conclave. The discussion there focused on the point that is it better to do a job after studies or to start an enterprise of your own! In the same sequence, it was also discussed that if the enterprise is started, then what kind of enterprise can be more useful and beneficial and what points should be kept in mind to take the right decision.
