I talk about Jet Performance M.A.F Sensor and how the miles per gallon did increase very slightly after the installation with a .1 to .3 MPG gain with the city/hwy driving.
I then took a 200mile trip 18 days after the installation and a 576mile Vegas trips at 3 months after the installation. Both trips did see an increase in MPGs, but the Las Vegas trip had the most gain of any of the 12 previous trips taken before the installation of the MAS sensor.
The Jet Performance PowrFlo Mass Air Sensor did smooth out the idle and also gave my truck a quicker response to the throttle position.
The DFM that has been deactivated 2.1 years ago and there has been no decrease in MPGs but there was a very small increase after the deactivation of the DFM.
