The 3.6 Pentastar engine doesn't have an antidrain back vale in it. So about 35 minutes after you shut the engine off, all the oil has drained back into the oil pan. Then when you start it up again, it can take up 3.5 seconds for the oil to reach everywhere it is needed. Now that probably won't cause a catastrophic failure today or tomorrow, but do that time and time again and that little bit of wear could add up and shorten the life of your engine.
