I traveled to Minamidaito Island, about 400 km east of the main island of Okinawa.
It took 15 hours from Naha by ferry "Daito" of Daito Shipping.
The only cabin available was a secondclass sleeper, and the fare was $42.
The ferry leaves Naha at 5:00 p.m. and arrives at Minamidaito Island at 8:00 a.m.
The passengers are lifted onto the island by a crane.
This is an experience unique to the island.
I stayed at Hotel Yoshizato.
The price was $62 with 2 meals.
I rented a motorcycle and went around the island.
