This house is in a really nice area of Dallas and has just the right amount of easy upgrades you can do to increase it’s value.
Buy it, move in with some friends, renovate it and then move out and turn it into a rental or resell it in a few years for a nice profit? All the while having your roomies pay off the monthly mortgage for you?
It seems like a no brainer. What am I missing here?
