Splitsville is Disney Springs' signature bowling alley. Although, unlike other bowling alley's it may be known more for it's food than it's lanes. Many consider Splitsville to have an underrated line up of cuisine and surprisingly enough, many are big fans of the sushi here.

While we couldn't secure a lane we did want to try out Splitsville's signature cuisine to see how it compares to the other restaurants at Disney Springs. The menu here mostly focuses on Asian American fusion dishes. The aesthetic is reminiscent of a mid20th century or 1950s diner. This video captures our thoughts, favorite dishes and full experience at this unique Walt Disney World's only bowling alley.
