Even after surgery for an ectopic pregnancy rupture, you still have to be monitored. One thing checked is my HCG level, and the other (that I requested) was a blood count. After the blood loss of the rupture, I wanted to ensure I was heading in the right direction. There will be many levels of healing for this experience physically and mentally.
