CRUST
1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker, crumbs
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

FILLING
24 oz Cream Cheese (3 8 oz packages), room temp
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Sour Cream
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Large Eggs
1 1/2 cups Strawberries, chopped

TOPPING
2 cups Strawberries
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
2 tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 cup Water

We also used whipped cream topping (optional) when serving the strawberry cheesecake.
