Towards the end of the Shang Dynasty, King Wen of Zhou summoned the power of the seven celestial mansions in the East Region – Jiao, Kang, Di, Fang, Xin, Wei and Ji, collectively known as the Azure Dragon of the East, to seal the celestial army inside the Ancient Cauldron. Centuries later, the Ancient Cauldron was discovered in the State of Qin. It was rumored that the Black Dragon Scroll, one of the secret state treasures of Qin, could unseal the Ancient Cauldron. With the scroll in hand, one could activate the Azure Dragon of the East and command the power of the celestial army to become ruler of the land!
