Here is an optimal intermittent fasting meal plan for beginners. Intermittent fasting can be one of the easiest diets to follow. But, like anything else, it takes time to get used to and learn what works for you and what doesn't.

The foods included in this meal plan and the tips from this video helped me lose 15 pounds in the first 6 weeks. It's not complicated and anybody can do it!

16:8 Intermittent fasting diet consists of fasting for 16 hours and eating during an 8hour window each day. I suggesting fasting from 7 pm to 11 am and have your eating window be from 11 am to 7 pm. Intermittent fasting helps burn fat by reducing the overall calories consumed by giving you less time each day to eat and due to fasting leading to burning fat at rest.

Meal planning during IF helps you stay on track, keep you accountable, and keep you motivated!
