In this video I spray a finish on my completed work. I also attach some hanging hardware and transfer my signature and bible verse onto the back of my project. I recommend adding these things to the backer before you glue your project to it. It is much easier to do before the project is attached, and it is less likely to damage or scratch the project. I sometimes forget until the end, and I have found that screws work much better than nails for the hardware.
