I was contacted by a viewer to help with a roofing issue, but unfortunately I was very busy. However, the crew at Cassone's RV was willing to help an owner in dire straights.


His 2003 Fleetwood Discovery had a rotten roof and the old membrane was removed by another business. Unfortunately, that business did not want to finish the job so the owner was left stranded. He wanted a commercial TPO roof on his unit like the guys at @RVROOFINSTALL does. He provided the materials and just needed assistance installing the membrane and he would take care of the rest.


This is a GAF roofing system I and the rest of the Cassone Crew has never done before, so obviously it was a learning experience for us too. Stabond 183 was used to replace the luan decking like a Winnebago roof. We did our best to follow the manufacturer's directions but I am positive we did not do it perfectly.
