This week, I took a flight to Busan, South Korea and visited the Korean Air Aerospace tech center to see how they paint a Korean Air B7478. Korean Air is the only airline that manufactures Boeing and Airbus parts. I discovered behind the scenes how the B787 wingtip, tail cone, flap support fairing and A320 sharklet are made there.

Then, I visited the Korean Air catering center to see how they prepare airplane food. I was shown the popular traditional Korean Bibimbap and Mukbap dish.
