I'm at a loss for words... I wasn't expecting this, not this soon...

yesterday morning when I woke up I checked my notifications and I saw that I had a message from Emilee, it was a sad face. I kinda expected an animal to have passed away but I didn't think that it would be this beautiful gentle giant. I opened my instagram and that's when I saw it.. someone's post saying rest in peace Inouk. All I could do was stare at my screen and say nothing. I was in shock. It's so surreal to see pictures and videos of him in black and white, seeing "rest in peace" and "was" by his name.

It feels so unreal that there are only 2 whales left at MLA. My heart breaks for Wikie and Keijo, first they lost Moana and now they've lost Inouk, it's so sad to think about it. My heart also breaks for all of the trainers that loved and cared for Inouk over the last 25 years. And I'm so sorry to everyone who loved him dearly, especially Scuba, Cloé, and Megan. I'm sorry you guys.

I hope you're having a wonderful time up in the clouds reunited with Moana again, big boy.
