The plaintiff says the defendant is her exboyfriend, who tossed all her belongings into the street and ruined everything she owns. She’s suing him for the value of the stuff. The defendant says he told the plaintiff to pick up her stuff over and over again, and he even tried to protect it with tarps and bubble wrap. He’s countersuing for legal fees.
