The plaintiff hired the defendant to make a mixtape for his album. He says he paid for the defendant to mix 20 songs, but he only made a few of them, so he’s suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff slandered him online and he did, in fact, make all 20 songs. He’s countersuing for lost wages due to defamation.
