Oat flakes 220 g.
Avocado oil.
1 large apple.
Yoghurt 120 g.
¼ teaspoon baking powder.
2 tbsp stevia.
Vanillin.
Cranberries 80 g.
Almonds 80 g.
2 egg whites.
Oven/40 minutes/180°C/380°F.

2 eggs.
Parsley.
Dry garlic.
Yoghurt 3 tbsp.
Avocado oil.
Remove excess oil.
