I arrive at the biggest beach in Honduras on its Pacific coast: Cedeño and Eden beach. It's a few minutes from Choluteca and is beautiful and huge. Its people are very friendly, the restaurants have excellent food, the prices are more affordable than on the beaches on the north coast, and the sunset is one of the best in the country. Yet despite all this, tourism in the sector is practically nonexistent and every year the sea is eating up more of its beaches and coastal villages, displacing thousands of people and flooding or burying schools and businesses. We can support the families and small entrepreneurs in the area by visiting this beautiful beach on the Pacific coast of Honduras.
