I want to say thank you. Just a few short years ago, Jess didn't have the communication skills to make an independent video like this one. She would not have had the confidence to know what to say or how to say it. But now? She LOVES making videos and requests making them, and she's able to carry on an entire video chatting about her life. She takes immense joy and pride in doing so.
