Preparation and ingredients:

1 kg pork (pork neck).
Cut the pork into slices approx. 23 cm thick.
Remove the excess piece of pork.
Salt.
Black pepper.
You can rub the meat with spices, but it is better to lightly pat the meat.
Flip the pieces over and do the same.
Melt some melted butter in a frying pan.
Place the pieces of meat in a pan and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Once the meat is browned, remove from the heat.
Cut 1 young head of cabbage into approx. 23 cm slices.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Flip the pieces over and do the same.
Place cabbage slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream.
1 teaspoon mustard.
Mix well.
Brush cabbage with prepared sauce.
Place the meat slices on top of the cabbage slices.
Cut 1 tomato into thin rings.
Arrange the tomato rings on the meat.
Place in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 40 minutes.
Grate 150 g of cheese on a coarse grater.
Remove the meat and cabbage from the oven and sprinkle with cheese.
Place in the oven for 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
As soon as you take it out of the oven, immediately sprinkle with herbs.
Meat with cabbage is ready to serve.
