Preparation and ingredients:

700 g pork fillet.
Cut the pork tenderloin into even 4cm pieces.
Mash the meat a little with your hands.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Flip the pieces and do the same.
Put some olive oil in a bowl.
Put the meat in a bowl.
Mix well and let rest for 10 minutes.
2 onion heads.
Finely chop the onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
Finely chop the garlic.
Put some vegetable oil in the pan.
Place the pork tenderloin on the pan.
Fry on high heat for 4 minutes on each side.
Place the pieces of meat on a plate.
Add some vegetable oil to the same pan.
Add onion and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add 50g butter.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Gradually add 2 tablespoons of flour.
Fry for 2 minutes.
100 ml white wine.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Cook for 45 minutes until the wine has evaporated.
100ml beef stock (you can use a stock cube).
Let cook for 3 minutes.
Add another 100ml beef stock.
Cook for another 3 minutes.
Cut into 120 g Brie (or Camembert).
Add a sprig of thyme.
Put the cheese on the pan.
Cook the cheese until completely melted.
Put in a sieve and strain.
Pour the cheese sauce into the pan.
Add the pieces of meat and cook for another 34 minutes.
Pork tenderloin in cheese sauce can now be removed from the stove.
3 cucumbers.
Cut cucumbers in half rings.
cherry tomatoes.
Halve the tomatoes.
1 avocado.
Peel and cut the avocado.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Some olive oil.
Mix well.
Put the meat on a plate.
Put the salad on a plate.
Drizzle meat with cheese sauce.
