This is the recipe I've been looking for a long time, practical, cheap and easy with a less ingredients. No chocolate and butter, but the result is quite delicious.

65 grams of unsweetned cocoa powder (bitter cocoa).
150 grams of vegetable oil or cooking oil.
3 medium eggs and enough warm water to soak.
300 grams of sugar (adjust according to your taste, if you reduce the amount of sugar the surface may not be shiny).
85 grams of allpurpose flour.
Supplementary Ingredients
3/4 tsp salt.
1 tsp vanilla.

Beat eggs and sugar until completely dissolved, it will make it easy for you to get shiny brownie.
