In this video I unbox and use the meat grinder that Harbor Freight sells. It's a $50 meat grinder so you definitely get what you pay for. It's not a work horse but if you are only grinding a couple times a year, then this is plenty good enough. This may not be the best grinder for deer meat out there, but I thought it did well all things considered.

In the video I do a grind of deer and wild hog meat. I also add some pork fat to the grind as well. The Harbor Freight grinder handles it well. If you are looking for a video on how to grind deer meat this can show you what the little Harbor Freight grinder can do.

After I'm done grinding six pounds, I also cook a gyro with the meat. I got all my ingredients already made at Trader Joes. Trader Joe's has a great selection of ingredients for quick weeknight meals. If you already have your fish or wild game meat, you can put together some quick tasty meals with ingredients from Trader Joe's.
