There have been a few videos in our bakery review series, but this is only the second time I have ever asked two bakeries to recreate one of my designs! Reviewing two local bakeries who attempted my viral 3D carved kawaii avocado cakel! I unboxed the two cakes and was shocked by the results! They both used different tecniques to attempt my cake including fondant, buttercream and chocolate. How can three cakes look SOOOO different?
