I made a traditional Scottish dish Rumbledethumps and I LOVE it 💖

Stop making regular mash potato, this scottish dish Rumbledethumps will be your new found love for mash potato ❤

[ Rumbledethumps ]
INGREDIENTS
MAIN INGRIDIENTS
1 White Onion
4 Potatoes
6 Bacon Strips
1 head of Savoy Cabbage
2 handful of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
30g Scottish Butter
Spring Onion
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Boil potatoes, season with salt, then roughly mash.
2. Saute bacon until crisp, then set aside.
3. Saute onion and savoy cabbage with the bacon oil and Scottish butter.
4. Turn off the heat, and add mashed potato and bacon into pan.
5. Mix well
6. Transfer the mixture to a oven proof dishware, then evenly spread.
7. Sprinkle cheese on top of the mixture, then bake for 10 minutes at 200°C or until cheese turns golden brown.
8. Sprinkle spring onion to garnish, and its ready :)
