I'm Learning to Calm my Anxiety in Nature

Follow
The Wondering Mind

This video is very near and dear to me and definitely vulnerable. It is all about my mental health journey, specifically with anxiety, and the different ways I’ve learned to both manage and accept it throughout my life. Nature and slow living have played a large role in this, as I describe in more detail in my video. I hope that sharing this reminds anyone out there struggling that you are not alone, and that there is ALWAYS hope for a healthier and happier tomorrow. And also, to remember to be kind, you never know what someone is going through. Wishing you all the best

Making artistic videos is just a hobby of mine, but if you would like to support my channel Super Thanks is available for donations and helps fund these video productions!

As said in my video, mental health resources are listed below ↓
These are NOT sponsored, just resources I have either used myself or that have been recommended. I also wanted to note that if you are looking for lowcost therapy, there are many organizations, nonprofits, and government programs that work on a local basis to provide these services in the USA. So make sure to look up low cost therapy specifically in your city, you may find some wonderful resources.
