I wanted to make a follow up to my video "Why I Quit my Corporate Career to Work as a Barista" to answer some questions and share some of the realities I've faced since making the choice to quit. One year has passed since I left my career, and in that time I've been practicing a slower, more intentional lifestyle and trying to pursue what makes my heart glow. While I'm so happy with where I'm at, the past year hasn't always been easy, and in this video I dive into subjects like money and the affordability of quitting, mental health and happiness, and where I'm heading in the future. I hope it helps you see another avenue of life, but always remember that everyone will have a unique path of their own. Choosing to leave behind a career is a massive choice and it's so important to consider all factors, both positive and negative, that come with this decision that affects your life and future.
