A DETERMINED 24yearold man from California has reclaimed his life after shedding over 180lbs, half of his body weight. In 2015, Chris weighed 360lbs. He struggled to carry out basic tasks, like tying his shoelaces and realised he needed to drastically change his lifestyle. Four years later, he weighs 185lbs and is inspiring others to become the best version of themselves.
