Pureness Taylor’s weight loss journey was as much about a mental transformation as it was a physical one. The celebrity hair and makeup stylist, from Toronto, Canada, used food to cope with stress and anxiety following a toxic relationship. She told Truly: “Mentally I was destroyed, but I was smiling through it." Weighing almost 400lbs, Pureness knew that something needed to change. She started keto and omad fasting and quickly found that she had more energy to work out. Pureness has lost an incredible 240lbs over the last two years. She said: “I had to deal with what was going on on the inside before I could change on the outside.”
