It's easy to get to a place where you know what you "should" be doing you have knowledge, tools, strategies that can help you. But many people optout of the "doing."
The biggest barrier for many people on their mental healthy journey is finding a reason a purpose to actually apply those tools, copy skills, and knowledge.
And I get it because I've been in that place too. But the trap of "not being worth your own time," is actually artificial and there's a way out!
