Mariners starting pitcher Bryce Miller joined me to cook up a quick onepan chili recipe on this episode of I Cook, You Measure presented by Safeway. Although I use the term “cook” lightly because Bryce is far more skilled on the mound than in the kitchen – which makes for some interesting conversation. I’m also not sure he’s in love with this version of chili – which makes sense as a native Texan. He’s used to chili cookoffs and slow cooked versions of chili. This one is a one pan quick version that’s easy to get on the table. Whatever your views on chili, I can promise you’ll enjoy an entertaining conversation.
