I have personally not had a close family member affected by this disease so far, but as a Hospice volunteer I play music to patients on a room to room basis and visit many patients that are and the families coping at their bedside. I so often wish I knew them before ALS claimed their healthy state. After the ice melts, I hope we all can find a way to continue challenging this disease. Blessings to you all.
