When we moved into our new home it had several mirrors including one in the dining room that reaches to the floor, Coretta sees herself in it, she bottles up her tail and starts to do her "Banshee Howl" to the bad cat in the mirror. She leaps at the cat, and does a few impressive howls. Prowling around under the table, and back to the bad cat in the mirror, Coretta visits the mirror several times. First time I ever heard her do this sound was once in the middle of the night another cat was at the window and I had no idea what the noise was, I was quite amazed it came from this little cat it woke us both up. Later this day, she also did it in the mirror in the walk in closet, and on the bathroom sink mirror, and to her reflection in the shower glass door. I think its a new game, lol .. but this is the first I have on camera.

1242013Thank you for watching, this is one of the few videos I have of Coretta, we lost her to thyroid and kidney problems after several years of treatment later that year.

I'd like to dedicate this video to Western Veterinary Specialist and Emergency Center who gave the best care humanly possible to Coretta here in Calgary as she fell to her illness just before Christmas 2012.

She was brought into our home 13 years ago from a no Kill shelter and we fostered many babies with her she was very very special. We hope to rescue another cat when we are ready to give Cazic another companion. Please support your local shelter.
